CALL FOR PAPER/REGISTRATION

​PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS
The Conference Secretariat is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the GYANOTSAV 2025 - National Conference on Re-imagining Libraries of Viksit Bharat, scheduled to be held on 29th - 30th August 2025. This national conference aims to explore the transformative role of libraries in building a technologically empowered and knowledge-driven India, with a special focus on the convergence of Libraries, Education, and Artificial Intelligence.

We invite researchers, academicians, library and information science professionals, and practitioners to contribute original and unpublished research papers aligned with the conference theme. Submissions should be in the form of full papers, and should be submitted online via the conference website by 20th July 2025. Accepted authors will be notified by 30th July 2025.

We look forward to your insightful contributions and enthusiastic participation in GYANOTSAV 2025, as we collectively envision and shape the future of libraries in a Viksit Bharat.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Authors are invited to submit full papers, which should be no longer than 5000 words, including an abstract of approximately 200 words, keywords, and references. The paper must be formatted on A4 size paper with 1.5 cm margins on all sides, in MS Word format, using 12-point Times New Roman font and single line spacing.

Details such as name of the author, designation, title of the article, abstract, name of the affiliating institution, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and E-mail address are to be included. 

The research papers should pertain to any of the sub-themes of the conference.
  • A full paper not exceeding 5,000 words should be sent on or before 20th July 2025.
  • The organisers reserve the exclusive right to publish accepted papers for the Conference Volume.
